The day before...

It's the day before orientation and the Miss Minnesota's Outstanding Teen 2014 pageant and I couldn't be more excited! This week has certainly been a taxing one, but I'm feeling more than prepared for what tomorrow might bring. I'm completely trusting that it's in the Lord's hands.

There have been so many people that have help to bring me to where I am today. First and foremost, my parents. They have been my rock these past couple of months and there would have been no way any of this would have been possible. My director, Cyndi. She has been such a blessing and is so willing to help and give advice. I can't imagine this experience with her. Will, who continues to be so incredibly supportive and eager to help me in my endeavors. Mk and Renee, what's a pageant without these two? I'm not even sure. They have been there for me through it all - when I won Miss Minnesota's Outstanding Teen 2012 and my year that followed, in Orlando to support me at Miss America's Outstanding Teen, and as I (surprisingly) won Miss Brainerd Lakes. Stacie, I can come to you with anything and you always have a solution. Thank you for being such a positive influence in my life! Kathryn and Andy - there have been good weeks and there have been bad weeks. Regardless, I leave your house feeling better and better about my performance in June! I'm so grateful to have you two in my life.

I'm sending positive vibes and love to the 14 contestants who will be competing for MMOT 2014 tomorrow! But especially to my two litter sister queens Lauren and Molly (both nominated for Teens in Action, by the way!). I'm so proud to be your big sister queen! We have made so many memories these past 7 months and I can't wait to see what each of your future holds. God plan will be fulfilled tomorrow!
